In September I turn 40 years old. In honor of my 40th birthday and to help with my ongoing fundraising for the Susan G Komen 3 Day please sign up and run 4 miles the week of my 40th birthday. A one of a kind 3" medal will be sent to all registered participants. Run, walk, skip, hop....just move for 4 miles....anywhere and any time!!!
