Description
Join us on March 3rd for the first annual Miracle League of Tuscaloosa Run for the Diamond 5K at Munny Sokol Park North! Racers will start at the Miracle League baseball field and run the Main Trial through the park. The 5K trail run will begin at 11am!
We will also have a Kid's Fun Run with Big Al and other local high school mascots that starts at 12:30pm. Come out and bring the whole family to support the league and our players! We will also have face painting, snow cones, and more!!
Several agencies and organizations for people with disabilities will also be at the event to share information about the services they offer.
Cost? 5K is $25 to pre-register and $30 to register the morning of the race. The kids Fun Run is FREE!
All proceeds will go to supporting the Miracle League of Tuscaloosa.

The 5K (3.1 miles) will start and finish at the Miracle League Baseball field. Majority of the race will be on the Main Trail.
What is Miracle League?
Miracle League of Tuscaloosa is a nonprofit organization that provides children and adults with disabilities an opportunity to play the great American sport of baseball. Miracle League is a baseball team to over 120 players and their families.

What are the proceeds going towards?
We have our very own specialized rubber field out in North Sokol Park in Tuscaloosa named the LeeAnna Grace Cummingham Field. However, our field needs to be redone in order for us to play in the spring this year. The field costs $97,000 to replace. Please consider participating in the 5K or donating. Every little cent helps.
