“Hospice is about patients driving their own plan of care with dignity, comfort, respect and peace,” says Colleen Swihart, Community VNA Hospice Care Manager. Your generous support will provide specialized quality care, making it possible for many patients and their families to experience more meaningful moments together. Hospice helps them focus on living despite a terminal diagnosis.
