Maverick 5K

The 1st annual Maverick 5K will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015. Enjoy an exhilarating, chip timed, 5K run or 1 mile walk through the track & trails of Kennesaw Mountain High School (KMHS). Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.

All races held rain or shine.
No pets allowed.
No strollers allowed on 5K race trail.

Water and post race snacks will be available to all particpants free of charge. 

Start Times:
The 1 mile walk will begin at 9:15am. The Competitive 5K will begin at 9:35am followed by the 5K run/walk at 9:50am. A "Pony Trot" for younger children will begin at 9:00am on the track.

Registration Fees:
• Competitive 5K & 5K Run/Walk -$25 
• 1 mile - $15
• Pony Trot - $10

*$100 Family Maximum for Registration (four or more immediate family members). To take advantage of this discount please select the "Multi-Person Pricing" option during signup.

*For those unable to stop by Friday, packet-pick-up will begin at KMHS @8:00 AM the morning of the race. Race day registration will not be available. Race packets &/or T-shirts will NOT be mailed.

* TO BE ASSURED OF A T-SHIRT ON RACE DAY, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BY April 20, 2015.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded to the top THREE male & female finishers overall and by the following M/F Age Groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, & 50+
