Hello Friends!
Once again Mark and I are raising funds for the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE). This year AANE is partnering with the Flutie 5K!
The Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE) is a wonderful organization that supports not only Autistic individuals, but also those with all forms of neurodiversity. Every year, thousands of neurodivergent and Autistic individuals and families turn to AANE and find vital community, connection, and understanding in an inclusive atmosphere of validation and respect.
AANE has been important to our family since we learned that Eli was Autistic at age 5. At that time, AANE provided much needed education, guidance, and support as we navigated school searches, IEP plans, and much more for both Eli and Caleb. Since then, AANE has guided us through each stage of our kids' lives with knowledge, empathy, and the passionate belief that neurodiverse individuals can and should lead happy, productive lives.
AANE is a part of the Flutie 5K because we believe that Autistic people and their families should live life to the fullest! Every year, thousands of Autistic individuals and families turn to AANE and find vital community, connection, and understanding in an inclusive atmosphere of validation and respect. To quote one community member, AANE is "without hyperbole, life-changing."
With funds raised through the Flutie 5K, AANE can continue to fulfill its mission and bring vital programs and resources to those who need them: a parent with a newly-diagnosed child, a teen struggling with the social dynamics of school, a young person entering the workforce for the first time, an older adult looking for meaningful relationships.

With your generous support, AANE can continue to fulfill its mission and bring vital programs and resources to those who need them. AANE has grown tremendously since the pandemic and now serves people not just in New England, but all over the country. The need continues to grow, so we need your support!
So please give today, and thank you for donating!
