Shine Like Susan 5K

We are back and still shining with the 3rd Shine like Susan 5k. We made some changes to the course to make it more participant friendly (like not running up the giant hill!!!).This 5K is taking place in memory of Susan Burke who we lost in July 2022. From a loving friend, to a motivating coach, Susan was always there for those who needed her. We hope to see you there and all donations are greatly appreciated!

All proceeds will benefit the Susan Burke Foundation for Colon Cancer.

What: 5K race held at Abington Heights Middle School.

When: Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 9 AM

Packet Pick Up and Day of Registration: 7:00 to 8:45 AM.

Price increases for day of registration, so make sure to pre-register!

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female overall winners. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female masters winners. Medals will also be awarded to the first and second place males and females in the  age groups below.

There will also be a free kids run for children aged 8 and under. 

In addition, there will also be raffle baskets, so be sure to bring some extra cash with you!
