Description
A Memorial Weekend tradition in the heart of Downtown Somerville. Kick off the holiday weekend on Thursday evening with a fun lively atmosphere, your choice of run/walk/dash, souvenir shirt and prizes, and an awesome locally-sourced buffet.

EVENT SCHEDULE - We are rain or shine!
5:30 pm Registration Opens
6:15 pm Kids Dashes (ages 2-10 - sprints on the lawn!)
6:25 pm 3K Poker Walk (Best hand wins Grand Prize!)
7:00 pm 5K Run (great for all levels of runners)
*Dinner Buffet catered by Verve Restaurant - 7 pm
7:45 pm Awards & Prizes

A healthy and fun 3K Walk around Somerville- with a TWIST! Collect your poker hand at stops along the course - be dealt the best poker hand and win the grand prize!
ABOUT THE KIDS DASH
Kids sprints on the lawn of the courthouse designed for children ages 2-10. Each age group runs their own Dash. 25 - 100 meters depending on age!

YOUR HOST - Somerset County Bar Foundation
In 1969, the Board of Trustees of the Somerset County Bar Association recognized a need to further reach out to the public and local legal community to offer programs, services and funding. Formed as a separate, charitable organization from the Bar Association, it currently offers and supports a number of programs and fundraisers. The Foundation consists of a Board of Trustees who oversee activities, fundraising and the awarding of donations to local non-profit organizations, which are generally related to the law, and scholarships to deserving local New Jersey law school students.
