Help distribute bibs and t-shirts to runners on Saturday Nov 18th, Sunday Nov 19th, and Wednesday Nov 22nd at the La Salle Institute.
Thursday morning Nov 23rd at the Troy Atrium.
Several shifts need to be covered and groups are encouraged to sign up together.

Course Marshals

Details

Course Marshals help to ensure a safe course by monitoring intersections and turn points on the 5k and 10k courses. Volunteers show up on race day by 7am and volunteer until the last runner in the 5k passes their post (no later than about 10:45am) .Thursday Nov. 24th

Location

Course marshals will check in (location TBD) and then head out to their intersections. Please check in by 7am on Thursday Nov. 23rd.

Water Stop

Details

Another great opportunity for a group, water stop volunteers set up and manage two water stops along the 10k and 5k courses. Water stops need to be set up and ready by 8am for the 10k runners so arriving at the water stop location by 7:15 is important. Individual water stop volunteers will be emailed directions on where to check in and where to go. Volunteers will simply set the bottles out and replenish as needed. Thursday Nov. 23rd
