Part of the PATCH & Jack Garrett Ford Race Series
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Roane General Hospital will be collecting donations for research and screening services. You can also use the "Donate" button on the RunSignUp page.

Join us for Spencer's classic 5K race - the Nut Run! PATCH, Jack Garrett Ford, Roane General Hospital, and the City of Spencer are all teaming up to put on this great community fitness event! Trophies will be awarded for 1st place male and female finishers in the walking and running groups.

Course Description: This is an out and back 5K course. Starting at the Heritage Park Community Building proceed to Bowman St., passing behind Spencer Middle School, then left on Vandale Ave to Armacel. Cross Locust Ave. (Rt. 14) and proceed past West Main to the traffic light. At the light turn right and pass People’s Bank. Proceed straight until reaching Jack Garrett Ford. At Jack Garrett Ford turn right onto the gravel throughway then left onto West Main St. behind McDonald’s. At the car wash turn left and rejoin Route 33. Turn right on 33 and continue straight until you reach the turnaround point in between Dairy Queen and Pizza Hut. Then retrace all steps back to the finish line at Heritage Park.
