A Course of Action 5k for Sturgis

We are A Course of Action, an up-and-coming band from this area who is emerging onto the national stage.  We recently returned from playing the national festival in Pryor, Oklahoma called Rocklahoma, which featured 100 bands over 3 days and drew 60,000 people.  We’ve been offered a large opportunity to play at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip main stage, and it brings more than 450,000 people annually.  This would be a great opportunity to showcase western NC for this very special event.  It is covered by 9 national networks on television, and draws attendees from around the country.

Many of you have supported Jonathan Byrd and John Culberson over the years, but can no longer make it out to regular show.  So, we've decided to do this 5k so that you can participate with us in this very prestigious event, and help us showcase Burke County talent for the world on August 9!
