About the Event
HBIC HQ (Head Boss* in Charge Headquarters) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that brings the business hopes, dreams, and aspirations of female-identified individuals everywhere into an entrepreneurial reality, specifically those who are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and other adversities.
Our race series is fit for anyone - whether it's one mile or 100 miles, we want you to join our family and help us empower and inspire girls, women, and female-identified individuals across the country reach their full potential, creating new businesses, and helping boost the economy, a win for everyone!
100% of proceeds from race registration fees and swag purchases directly fund the charitable programs offered by the HBIC HQ Foundation, including the Pave the Path to Success program, the Youth Leadership Intensive, and the Startup Incubator Grant program. About the Benefit
The FunRun options include a 5K & 10K and your registration covers so much more than this event! Our programs are made possible by the continued financial support made possible by tax-deductible donations and fundraising events such as our Annual FunRun Series.
As a nonprofit, our programs support all women-identified survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, or other adversities. 100% of proceeds from race registration fees and swag purchases directly fund the charitable programs offered by the HBIC HQ Foundation. Here's a breakdown of what these donation amount cover:

$40 = Covers registration fees for one student participant in the Youth Leadership Intensive program

$50 = Covers course materials, including the 2 hardcopy textbooks, for a woman in the Pave the Path to Success program
