Participant Event Day Details

Please note the below details were from our 2023 event, are here for reference and are subject to slight modification for the 2024 event.

We can't wait to see you at our new event venue: The Park, Berkeley Heights!

  • Our event site and parking are located at 300 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights. While entering The Park (formerly Connell Corporate Park), follow signs for 300-500 Connell Drive to find our event. See Parking page for more information. Most entrances to the venue will close at 9:30am and access will be limited after that...arrive early! Please help us be respectful to tenants of The Park and avoid reserved spots with a company name.
  • Check-In and Event Day Sign-Up are your first stop, starting at 8:30am. Early registrants can pick-up your Bib # and long-sleeve T-Shirt by Last Name. We are accepting new registrations as well by cash or check with paper form ($35) or through our website with credit card processing fee – shirts are limited and while supplies last for those signing up on 5/12 or 5/13.
  • Please wear your bib # on the FRONT of your shirt and do not bend or alter your 4M timing chip located on the back of the bib.
  • 4 Miler: Clocks at each mile & the finish; water stations will be available at 3 locations along the course.
  • We are proud to be hosting the USATF-NJ All-Division Championship! USATF-NJ representatives will be on-site for any of your questions or information changes. You can access a list of pre-assigned 4 Mile Bib #s here.
  • 2 Mile Walk: Please stay on sidewalks and pathways when available and stay within the coned bike lane while along Connell Drive. Water will be available on the course.
  • Virtual Participants: Submit your time here! Your souvenir shirts will be available for pick-up next week at the Our House offices.
  • Rain or Shine! The weather is looking great for Saturday, but just in case...
  • Environmental Notes:
    • While plenty of water will be available to you on-site, we encourage you to BYOW (bring your own water in your own reusable bottle) and help reduce our single-use plastic waste. A refill station will be available. 
    • We are now accepting your Tyvek bib numbers for recycling! If you don't want to keep your bib, drop it off at the BestLife.Events tent. We'll also take any old bibs you may want to recycle. Please make sure you have removed safety pins and timing chips first!
    • Orange bins are for trash going to the landfill. White bins are for Plastic Bottle Recycling Only. If you have additional recycling, please deposit it at the BestLife.Events tent and we'll take care of it for you!

10:45am - Everyone's A Winner Race for the Our House Residents
11:15am - Awards Ceremonies: Please cheer on the Our House residents as they receive their medals.
4 Miler Awards Ceremony & Giveaway Winners (must be present to win) will be announced immediately after the Everyone's A Winner Awards Presentation.
