Event: UA Wayne College Wheelchair Rugby Pay-to-Play
Please Sign up your Team for only one time slot. The first person signing up will be required to make a payment. The rest of the team members can then sign up for free for the same time slot. If there are any minors on your team Please email the event director at dilshani.madawala@adaptivesportsohio.org to request for a liability form that will need to be filled out prior to the event.
Open to ages 6 - 70.
