Q: What are my options if I'm signed up and can't run the race?
A: If you are unable to participate in 2023, you may defer your registration to 2024 or transfer your registration to another runner.

- Log into your RunSignUp account www.runsignup.com
- Choose MANAGE REGISTRATION
- Choose DEFER REGISTRATION or TRANSFER TO SOMEONE ELSE from the menu
Q: How do I switch from one distance to another?
A: Follow these steps:
- Log into your RunSignUp account www.runsignup.com
- Choose MANAGE REGISTRATION
- Choose EVENT TRANSFER from the menu
Q: Can I change the shirt size I ordered?
A: Yes, you may adjust your shirt size online until Monday, May 29th.
Follow these steps:
- Log into your RunSignUp account www.runsignup.com
- Choose MANAGE REGISTRATION
- Choose CHANGE MY SHIRT SIZE from the menu
If you miss the online deadline, bring the shirt you would like to exchange with you on race day. Stop by the Shirt Exchange Tent.
Q: I forgot to arrange to pick my number up on race morning. Is it too late to purchase will call?
A: Pre-purchased will call is the only option for picking your number up on race morning. To purchase will call after you are already registered, follow these steps:
- Log into your RunSignUp account www.runsignup.com
- Choose MANAGE REGISTRATION
- Choose ADD-ONS from the menu
Q: Is the HOTLANTA Half Marathon, Relay, & 5K pet friendly?
A: Please leave your four-legged friends at home. Course conditions and weather conditions are not appropriate for dogs.
Q: Can I pick up my race number the morning of the event?
A: Race morning number pick-up is only available with pre-purchased Will-Call. Pre-race pick-up will be available at multiple locations during the week leading up to the race. Runners may designate a friend or family member to pick-up on their behalf during those times.
