Packet Pick Up the day before the race while we set up the event. Volunteers should arrive by 15 minutes prior to shift and be able to stay until the end of shift. Task includes passing out bibs, shirts, and getting attendees EXCITED about the cause and the event!

Race Course Set Up - June 29 High Priority

Volunteers must be AT the park by 6 am!
We need volunteers who can follow directions and work quickly to make the course extra special for the runners. This will include setting out signs, putting in flags and doing it FAST.

Finish Line Volunteer High Priority

Details

Arrive at AL Lopez at 6 am SHARP. This task will include prepping all race line finish coolers with ice, filling coolers with water, and getting medals ready to pass out. Once the race STARTS - finish line equipment moves QUICKLY into place so that finishers can be rewarded when they cross the line!

Auction Table High Priority

Are you a salesperson? Good at talking to people about our cause and selling auction tickets? Come work the auction table! Be at the park by 6am to help set up the table, and be ready to charm event goers to help Believe With Me raise funds for families of fallen soldiers.

Event Breakdown/Clean Up High Priority

Volunteers must be at the park by 9:30 to begin clean up process. Event should conclude by 10 am and we aim to be packed up and out by noon.

Tiny Cadet Dash Medium Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will set up Tiny Cadet Dash, run the event, be in charge of breakdown and organization. Volunteers must be at the race site day of the event by 6am for set up of their dash.
Dash includes the race for 5-year-olds and under, passing out cupcakes and medals, and a SNOWBALL FIGHT (!) at the end of the event!
