Parking & Traffic Volunteers are responsible for orderly and safe event parking and traffic flow. Volunteers will be assigned to designated entry, exit and crossing points, numbered lots and will place and remove associated signage.

Details

Registration Volunteers are responsible for timely and accurate registration of event participants using the RunSignUp application. Volunteers may be assigned to t-shirt and packet distribution. Volunteers may be requested to assist with packet pickup the day prior to the event held at BigPeach Running Co.

Setup & Breakdown High Priority

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Setup & Breakdown Volunteers are responsible for setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, placement and removal of trash containers from the designated areas. Volunteers will assist In-Kind Donors to shuttle materials to and from their designated table(s). Volunteers will assist with Kids Karnival setup and breakdown.

Trail Directions & Signage High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Trail Directions & Signage Volunteers are responsible for placement of numbered and directional signs on the trail. Volunteers may be requested to place and remove cones at designated locations and direct event participants along the trail route.

Kids Karnival High Priority

Details

Kids Karnival Volunteers are responsible for setup, breakdown and coordination of kids games and activities. Volunteers are expected to engage event participants and oversee their safety, albeit parents / guardians are responsible. Volunteers may be requested to oversee and guide Little Orange Loop participants.
