- Hospitality and answering questions for volunteers
- Directing where to go for their volunteer shift
- Handing out volunteer shirts
- Clean-up and tear down of check-in area

• Volunteers check in at the Switchyard Park Pavilion
• Overseeing/training volunteers at the water station
• Maintain a smooth running of the water station (clean-up throughout, water cups, etc.)
• Set-up, Clean-up & Tear Down

- Acting as the gatekeeper for the start & finish line
- Encouraging/cheering participants as they start the race
- Kind assertiveness is helpful
- Identify the top three females and top three males as they cross the finish line
- Set-up, Clean-up & Tear Down

Responsibilities may include:

- Setup the food court area and make sure all Covid-19 deadlines are being met.
- Set out food for participants to grab
- Replenish food onto tables as needed
- Restocking, tear down boxes, manage trash and trash boxes around the food court area.
- Set up, Clean up and tear down food court area.
- Load extra food bags onto trucks.
