Thank you for joining us! You will assist with setting up tables and refreshment supplies for the post-event celebration. Tasks include cleaning and preparing fresh fruit, transferring food from prep area to refreshment tent, chilling beverages & ensuring all items are refilled. Volunteers in this role also assist with ensuring trash cans are emptied throughout the event.

Thank you for joining us! You will assist by hosting a water stop along course. You will find a table, cooler and cups at your assigned location. We encourage you to have water cups filled in advance of runners arrival and assist by holding water cups out to runners as they pass (to reduce the need for them to slow). We ask that you assist by cleaning up area of empty cups as you breakdown the water stop as the last walker passes. (This stop hosts the Half Marathon and Runners at mile 1.5)

Volunteers must be able to stand for an extended period of time, agile and energetic.

The first time past Half Marathon Runners will turn right to follow small road out of town. Half Marathon runners will pass back by at mile 10.5 - at which time we direct them to stay straight onto Orchard.

Volunteers must be able to stand for extended period of time, be loud and clear with directions, be assertive but polite to any motor vehicles that might attempt to come on these closed route roads.
