Event: 8K Double (5K+3K)
Participants will first run a 5K. Following the 5K there is a recovery period. They will then finish with a 3K. The combined distance is 8 kilometers (roughly 5 miles). Times from both the 5K and the 3K are combined. Awards are distributed based on combined time.

The Kids will first run 1/2 of a mile. After their recovery period, they will run another 1/2 of a mile beginning at 11:45 AM.
