Run 4 Missions presented by the Valdosta BCM

The Baptist Collegiate Ministries on the campus of Valdosta State University will host a Run 4 Missions Road Race on Saturday, January 19, 2013. The proceeds of the road race will go to fund student Summer Missions in the summer of 2013. Information on Summer Missions can be found at sendmenow.net. SendMeNow Missions is part of the Collegiate Ministries Department of the Georgia Baptist Convention. Mission projects take place in Georgia, the United States, and around the world.

Race Location

Race begins and ends at the Baptist Student Center located on 1522 North Oak Street. Turnby-turn directions for the race course are found by visiting blazerbcm.org and selecting the Run 4 Missions page.

Registration

Mail or hand deliver signed registrations to 1522 North Oak Street, Valdosta, GA 31602. Make check payable to Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Online registration provided is available through a link on our webpage at blazerbcm.org. Please note, there is a $2.50 additional fee for online registration.

Family Rate

: We offer a $60 Family Rate, limit 4 in a family. Each family member must fill out and sign a registration form and all forms must be mailed or delivered together by the January 9, 2013 early registration deadline. Family Rate NOT available online and not offered after January 9, 2013

Race day registration begins at 7AM, January 19.

Packet Pickup

You may pick up your race number, long sleeve shirt and goodie bag on Friday, January 18, from 3PM-7PM at the Baptist Student Center. You may also pick it up on race morning during registration beginning at 7AM.

Awards

An indoor awards ceremony will be held following the race. 4 Mile Awards: Unique Awards presented to the Overall Male and Female runners and Overall Male and Female Master’s Runners. Age Group Awards presented to the 1

st & 2nd

Place Winners in each of 16 age group divisions: 11& under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 plus. No duplication of awards. 1 Mile Fun Run: First Place Male and Female.
